Before attending a Hunt you must complete the digital COVID-19 questionnaire, (link below). This must be submitted to the secretary by 14:00hrs the day before the planned Hunt. If you fail to comply with this requirement you will be excluded from joining that days event. These records will be deleted after 8 weeks.

We are a friendly pack and welcome both visitors and newcomers to hunting of all riding abilities. We meet on Wednesdays and Saturdays from September to mid-March. We are totally committed to operating within the law at all times and liaise regularly with the police, the farming community and other local interests on behalf of our many members and supporters. Covid-19 Update on Guidance for Hunting – Update 1st October 2020 Social Distancing – It is essential that all followers (both mounted and unmounted) adhere to Social Distancing at all times. This is particularly important on or near roads, in gateways or in other areas of potential congestion. Public Perception – It remains crucial that Hunts and their followers are aware of how their activities are perceived by members of the public or other road users. We advise that all activities take place away from public highways when and wherever possible. Hunting Dress – For the time being, the Hunting Office recommends that there should be no red coats on the Hunting field. Public perception is crucial at this time of national sensitivity – we therefore advise that Hunt Staff and followers should not wear red coats. Packs with larger mounted fields, those in the public eye or those with a larger anti presence, should also consider asking their followers to remain as low key as possible and continue to hunt in tweed or ratcatcher. This is an evolving situation and will be kept under constant review.
